Distribution List

20th ANNUAL DICK ALLAN PE&R GOLF TOURNAMENT & REUNION

KINGSTON, ONTARIO – FRIDAY 9 JUNE 2006

  1. The subject event will be hosted by the CFB Kingston and RMC PSP staff and the PERIs/PEROs who have retired in the Kingston area.
  2. All former members of our prestigious branch, as well as current PSP staff and invited guests, are encouraged to participate in all the activities/festivities.  You will find a schedule of events at Annex A; a list of conditions, amenities and services offered at Annex B; the list of individuals on the organizing committee at Annex C; and a registration form at Annex D for your convenience.
  3. Last year’s gathering attracted 130 participants from British Columbia to Newfoundland as well as Michigan and Florida.  Highlights included the always popular mulligan draws for one hundred dollars ($100.00) each, a live auction, prizes for all and great entertainment.
  4. The 20th Annual is a significant milestone and promises to be bigger and better than ever.  There is a report that, after taking a year off, “Elvis”, along with some “special” guests, will be making a return appearance at the ever popular KARAOKE.
  5. It is requested that all units and members give this letter the widest distribution possible, either written or verbal.  Closing date for registration is Friday 2 June 2006.
  6. The Kingston organizing committee is looking forward to seeing you for the “Big 20th Annual”.  Keep in mind golf participation for this shot gun start is limited to the first 132 paid up entries.  Don't delay! Register today.  Golfers are also reminded that in addition to the modest participation fee, a prize of your choice in the $10.00 neighborhood is required with each entry.  Prizes may be submitted upon registration prior to tee-off Friday 9 June 2006.
