27th ANNUAL DICK ALLAN PE&R GOLF TOURNAMENT & REUNION

KINGSTON, ONTARIO – FRIDAY 07 JUNE 2013                                           .  

 

  1. The subject event will be hosted by the CFB Kingston and RMC PSP staff and the PERIs/PEROs who have retired in the Kingston area.
  2.   3. Last year’s gathering attracted 87 participants from British Columbia to Newfoundland as well as Michigan and Florida.  Highlights included the always popular mulligan draws of five (5) one hundred dollars ($100.00) each, prizes for all and great entertainment.
  4. It is requested that all units and members give this letter the widest distribution possible, either written or verbal.  Closing date for registration is Friday 31 May 2013.
  5. The Kingston organizing committee is looking forward to seeing you for the 27th Annual.  Keep in mind golf participation for this shot gun start is limited to the first 132 paid up entries.  Don't delay! Register today.  Golfers are also reminded that in addition to the modest participation fee, a prize of your choice is required with each entry.  Prizes may be submitted upon registration prior to tee-off, Friday 07 June 2013.

ANNEX B

 

TOURNAMENT ORGANIZATION

 

ELIGIBILITY                  All ex-members of PE&R branch/PSP Personnel & Guests.  Ex-members are restricted to three golfing guests (non-playing significant others are welcome to participate in the après golf festivities including dinner and Mulligan draws).  Unless unforeseen circumstances warrant, it is the intention to limit golf participation to a maximum of 132 players

 

ACCOMMODATION     Civilian accommodation in the local area is a personal responsibility.  Spartan military quarters may be available at CFB Kingston on a first come, first served basis by fax 613-541-4458 or email Quarters_Base.Kingston@forces.gc.ca

 

EQUIPMENT                   Rental clubs are limited, so please indicate on your registration form if you need rentals.

                                                 

                                           Pull Carts are included in green fees.

 

                                           Power driving carts ($31.10) must be reserved in advance but paid at the course. 

 

                                           Proper golf dress code is in effect. (no jeans, shirts must have a collar)

                                           NOTE: Garrison Golf Club is a soft spike and non-smoking facility

 

COST                                As indicated on registration form.

                                           NOTE:  The golf green fees will not be reimbursed due to inclement weather; and a $10.00 fine will also be levied to those who do not bring a prize!!.
