Sun 16 Sep      0900           Farewell Breakfast at GGGCC. No host.

Golf Event.  The Golf event will be a Texas Scramble format. All team members tee off, then one of the four drives/shots is chosen and all four team members then hit their own ball from that spot, and so on. At least four tee-off drives of each member of the team must be used during the course of the round (at least five for teams of 3). MEN play from WHITE TEES and LADIES play from RED TEES.  The Team Score Card must be given to the Tournament Scoring Table immediately upon completion of round.

Registration Information.   

  1. Registration forms must be received on Fri 25 Aug 07. No refunds after 03 Sep 07.

  2. $70 for the total package (Includes Meet & Greet, hot and cold food, golf, dinner and tips) Individual costs per event are $30 for Golf; $17 for finger food at the meet & greet and $23 for the Dinner.

  3. Preliminary registration will be accepted by e-mail or phone BUT a hard copy of the entry form and a  money order must reach Herb by the deadline of 25 Aug 2007.    

  4. A registration form is overleaf.

Golf Equipment, Pull Cart and Power CartA limited number of rentals are available directly from the Pro Shop at the Glacier Greens Golf & CC. 

Dress Code.   Pants/shorts must be tailored finished and shirts must have a collar.  Jeans are permitted. Soft Spikes only are permitted.

Prizes.  Each person participating in the Golf Event MUST donate an individual prize of $15-$20 value. Donated prizes will be accepted by Jack McBride at the Friday Meet and Greet or prior to 1030 hrs on the day of the golf event.

Miscellaneous.  Nametags will be provided, but feel free to bring one of your own. No special activities are planned for non-golfers while the golf event is in progress.

                 

Farewell Breakfast. A farewell Breakfast is planned for 0900 hrs on 16 Sep 2007 at Glacier Greens Golf & CC Restaurant. Participants will be asked to register for this part of the program at the Meet and Greet on Friday.
